Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of the original purchase date

  • Books must be unused and in original packaging

  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact our customer service team at ganapapustaka@gmail.com

  • Provide your order number, purchase date, and reason for return

  • Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 7-10 business days

Exceptions

  • The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Damaged books

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective book), we will cover return shipping

Conditional Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be issued for damaged or defective books

  • Items must be reported within 14 days of receipt
